Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping automatically during the Labor Day promotion through Monday, September 7, 2026. No discount code is required.

Order processing

Orders are submitted for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Tracking information is provided when it becomes available from the fulfillment source.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. For other return requests, contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the return concerns a defect or shipping damage, products should be kept in the condition received with included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
